Katrina has helped me sell three very different properties in the last two years. She dealt with a number of issues for me that certainly went above and beyond what would be in her job description as my realtor.

Katrina and I had never met prior to her listing the first property. So her attention to detail was not because we were friends prior to listing with her, but instead it was due to her professionalism and caring personality. Through out the process I feel we developed a friendship. She was always so kind and understanding of three very different situations I was involved in, while trying to sell these properties. She guided me and gave me her professional opinion, but never tried to force anything on me. Left the decisions up to me. If I asked her what she would do, she would share her thoughts, and each time would tell me to do what I felt was best for my situation. In all of these conversations is when I got to know Katrina on a bit more personal level and really grew to appreciate her as a person not just as our realtor.
