Lance was raised in Breckenridge and is very familiar with the property and people of Stephens County. When he was younger he worked on several local ranches learning how they operated, working cattle, and range management. He has worked on many ranches in Stephens, Palo Pinto, Throckmorton and Shackelford counties. He graduated from Breckenridge High School, and then attended McMurry University where he played football and graduated with a B.S. in Geology.

Lance started out in real estate by buying, repairing, and selling houses here in Breckenridge. He knows most aspects of building and remodeling homes because he has done it all himself. He is a valuable source of information when you have questions about buying or selling your property. Lance acquired a former downtown retail store and renovated it, they were awarded the Beautify Breckenridge award given by the chamber of commerce that year. Lance has been a mentor for the BISD schools since 2009. He is a member of the MetroTex Board of REALTORS®.

Lance became a real estate agent and quickly earned his broker’s license. He has been working for the past 10 years building the successful Adams Real Estate Solutions business. Lance strives to maintain his reputation with unquestionable integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
