Katrina was very helpful in helping my wife and I find a home to retire in. She would have several homes for us to look at when we would drive out for a week end. We looked at many homes and made offers on two that did not pan out. We rented a home outside the city limits and moved in. We ended up finding a home for sale by owner in the city that we really thought would work for us. The owner did not want to pay a realtor so my wife and I hired Katrina to get the sale closed. We remodeled the home and finally got moved in. Katrina went above and beyond what we expected of her. Now we are working with her to help us find a relative a home in Breckenridge. Katrina was not the first realtor we had contact with in Breckenridge, but I will assure you she is the only one we will work with in the future. She not only is our Realtor but also our friend. I read one review here that is pure B.S. Katrina is a professional in every since of the word.
